I was prescribed medication from my specialist and it took almost 3 weeks for a GP to prescribe it. I kept going back to the GP surgery to get it done and it was constantly a disappointment.

I would like to take a moment out and thank Chadwell health Surgery for the amazing work they are doing, specially the two receptionists. I have been going to the surgery since 2005 and I have nothing bad to say. In recent days the two receptionists, one white female with red hair and the other female with blond hair have been amazing. I recently had a ACL surgery and the hospital has made few errors with my medication but the blonde receptionists has gone above and beyond to sort my medication out therefore it has helped me fasten my recovery. She has been absolutely amazing looking after me and my family. I had a physiotherapist visit me at home from queens hospital even she had amazing things to say about this female and how she has helped me sort my medication out. I would like to end this with nothing but absolute pleasure of having these two female work there and I would definitely recommend the sugary to friend and family due to the two lovely females. Thank you all for your hard work and please keep up the good work.

Was in the surgery today just want to say how much I feel reception has improved since having the new reception manager , she has long hair and very cheerfull, she is so caring and kind always has a lovely little smile on her face , I always say to her she is a blessing to this surgery She’s really good at her job and she cares you can just tell she has a very caring nature about her! I feel reception staff have come along way since she has took over! So in that way that’s great! Brilliant stuff! Well Done reception my visit today was amazing! Thank you

The Deputy Reception Manager was of great help in the days following a Bank Holiday weekend with trying to access services at the surgery. She pointed us in the right direction and kept us updated with developments. My wife and I really appreciate the service and we are very glad to be registered at the Chadwell Heath Surgery.

Currently suffering from episodes of bad health and continuously need appointments , bloods , X-rays etc .. this Hijabi receptionist always greats me with a smile and endeavours to accommodate my needs. She is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help me.. highly recommended due to her customer service.

Looking through some of the reviews in the past that have been less than complimentary about this doctor's surgery. I think it fair to say that whatever processes have been put in place the surgery has been turned round and now offers an excellent service. First and foremost the excellent frontline office staff. It is difficult to imagine more personable, friendly and helpful staff than are in the office at the Chadwell Heath surgery. So often in this day and age when any sort of service is 'take it or leave it' this surgery swims against the tide spending time to help their patients get the best of healthcare options. Over the past few weeks I have had to frequent the surgery over a range of health problems concerning my family. On each occasion the receptionists could not have been more helpful. A month ago I had a blood test, on receiving the results the surgery contacted me immediately for a face to face consultation, I was then given an appointment to see a nurse for ongoing lifestyle changes. My son today was sent home from work from the school that he teaches at. He has been very ill, almost collapsing. I walked to the surgery and they gave me an appointment for him at 8am the next day. A very good service.

The receptionist in the head scarf ( Hijabi lady) is so understanding, patient, kind and very helpful, she will do her utmost to resolve your needs and questions in a very respectful manner.

I have had brilliant communication with the practice recently - they have new systems in place for patients that are working. I spoke with a great pharmacist last week, who expedited something from a secondary care clinician literally the day after I was seen at the hospital; my calls have been answered promptly when making contact this month, with staff giving me good advice as to how to deal with different queries and the best forms of communication to use for each one. Today, I spoke with the lovely blonde lady, who was excellent and was able to give me two appointments - one an outcome of an enconsult sent in a few days ago and one for another query. She selflessly shifted an appointment for herself around to accommodate me, which is going above and beyond for a patient. Working in a busy NHS GP surgery is tough, but these new processes in place and having empathetic staff to implement them will mean that patients will get great care here. I cannot fault the communication and care I’ve had recently. Thank you so much.
