The staff were amazing, especially the hijabi receptionist. I needed an appointment for my baby and I was helped efficiently. The doctor was very helpful and quick too!

I am extremely happy with the reception staff, especially in my recent visit. The lady who wears a hijab was very kind and managed to help me with pointing me in the right direction with what I needed. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel my needs were a priority as well as taking her time. She is always kind, understanding and caring and will always do her utmost best to help. Thank you! :)

Thankfully, over the last 10 years I have used this surgery minimal times, but every time I visit it is an awful experience. Every time I call the receptionist they are unprofessional and unhelpful. I have been on medication for four years without a review. No review was requested, I wasn’t asked for one, so I applied for my repeat prescription as usual and this was rejected as they needed a review which is quite alright. However they stopped my medication sent another request requesting a few days until an appointment can be made. This was rejected I phoned up and asked for a few days. This was also rejected, I attended my appointment a week off of my medication I was seen for three minutes pharmacist. My review was poor by the pharmacist and gave them no insight into what’s going on in my life. You don’t have to join the surgery find another

The hijabi receptionist who provided excellent service. She was friendly and made it easy to communicate, handling my questions quickly and efficiently. Her helpfulness and efficiency really stood out, making the entire interaction pleasant and straightforward.

Its quite difficult to get an appointment but its slowly improving however the receptionists a scarfed lady and a lady with blonde hair are very helpful and are at no fault, every time i come down to the surgery they are nothing but helpful in giving me other options to get seen, they are very pleasant ladies and try their absolute best to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are truly a asset to the sugery

Honestly the 2 women at the front are so helpful! May God bless them! The hijabi and blonde hair receptionists are problem solvers with solutions. They’re lovely and couldn’t have asked for more help as they always go above and beyond for us patients. We appreciate you!

I was seen today by a nurse for a smear test she was such a warm and caring person. During the procedure she was as gentle as she could be which made the procedure less painful. Thank you again nurse.

Seen GP for tiredness, bloods were done which found my B12 to be low, prescription was done and nurse who gave me injections, rebooked me for next one and was very pleasant and kind. overall great service

One member of staff in reception has been amazing, whether it's face to face or over the phone. She has dealt with my query promptly, efficiently and quickly resolving the situation of my newborn baby who was suffering from colic, reflux then discovered he requires milk with lactose free. Throughout the process of making my first point of phone call to the surgery, to arranging appointments and ordering my baby's milk, she has dealt with my request for the past few weeks and thanks to her my newborn baby is on the right milk and doesn't suffer from having symptoms such as colic, reflux, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms. She is definitely an asset to the company, with her customer service skills, mannerism, her friendliness, approach towards patients, helping, understanding and dealing with patients concerns and requests. She has a positive attitude and always smiling. She goes out of her way to help patients. The surgery needs more staff like her. I and my family have been a patient in this surgery for many years and I must say she is the only person who genuinely cared to help and shows that she enjoys her work. I have had sleepless nights not knowing what was wrong with my son as he wasn't on the right milk. Every time I contacted the surgery, she resolved my problem and now the end result is all thanks to her. Thank you, keep up the good work. You're amazing.
