    Our family health issues have been speedily and sympathetically dealt with by both face to face appointments and telephone follow ups. We have been able to arrange preliminary appointments within a reasonable period of time using the telephone booking system as the on line system (which we do not mind using if a sufficient number of appponyments is released) was not available at that time.

We are pleased to hear our systems and procedures are working well, as intended, and you received the care and service you needed in a timely and supportive way. We are pleased you found the online booking service and telephone booking service effective to book your appointment and we review and amend the number of online bookable appointments available to ensure we offer an adequate number depending on demand. Our eConsult online system is another very effective and efficient way of contacting the practice for medical or administrative enquiries, we review and action your eConsult equiry, usually within 24 hours, and respond accordingly to offer you an appointment or other service as necessary. EConsult can be accessed by logging into your NHS App, either on your mobile handset or the online website. Please ask our reception for assistance if required. We work hard to ensure our systems and procedures are streamlined and tailored to the needs of our patients and to offer our patients the best possible care and service. We are very fortunate and proud to have an excellent team, who are dedicated to providing a high quality service to our patients. All our staff receive regular training, such customer service skills, and complete their mandatory training periodically. We hold regular clinical and administrative meetings where we discuss and review our service, and make improvements to meet the needs of our patients.     I have had to see the GP twice in a few months and each time have experienced an excellent service. I used econsult and was given a face to face appointment within a few days. The reception staff and the doctor took time and patience and I was extremely happy with the service.

    This is now my second experience where there is never an appointment at this surgery. And when I ask when will an appointment be available I get the answer you need to go to the NHS app, again which has no appointments available. Alternatively they suggest ringing the out of hours service that after ringing exactly at 6.30 and holding the line for 20-30 mins there are no appointments. I feel like I go around and around and the surgery won’t help. And the NHS is so big where do I turn to for help and to make a complaint? The system is so broken and it doesn’t even know it.

    Dear Naz We are very sorry to hear of your experience, and we would very much like the opportunity to discuss your experience, in order to understand what happened and address your concerns, to ensure you are able to access all the services we provide. We were very surprised to read that you were unable to get an appointment, and we are confident this does not reflect the service we provide as we never turn patients away, as we offer a variety of appointment options including, face to face or telephone appointments, direct pharmacy referrals where you are seen on the day (generally within few hours), and locality hub appointments, which are available to us to book directly for evening and weekend appointments as well as during the day. We are confident we would not advise you to call the out of hours service, as we have direct access to the locality hub appointments. Our reception staff are trained to signpost patients to the most appropriate service. We have a large team of healthcare professionals: doctors, advance nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, advanced physiotherapist, practice nurses, to name a few, and we would direct you to the most appropriate clinician, depending on your healthcare needs. We hold regular clinical and staff meetings and run customer service training periodically, to ensure we provide the best possible service to our patients. We would very much like the opportunity to discuss your experience, in order to understand what happened and address your concerns, to ensure you are able to access all the services we provide. Therefore, we believe you may have posted this comment on the wrong practice website, as there is another practice with a similar name in the London area.     Many thanks to the Doctor for the consultation yesterday and setting out a plan of action. Prior to the consultation, I spent a few hours noting down the symptoms, using the nhs website for guidance, and to discover what the Doctor might ask me. I think it's important for us as patients to do our best in being descriptive, accurate and get straight to the point, especially given time limitations. Just like to add I'm very grateful to the doctors and reception staff for their care and support over the years.

    Really improved patient care at this surgery from the way receptionists engage with me and the way the Doctors listen and provide a way forward. The swiftness in dealing with E consults is also good and I always get a response and in most cases a phone call from the GP within 24 hrs of submitting an E consult form. I never feel we rushed over the phone and am confident that when I need to see the Dr they always call me in. The surgery itself is always clean and the blood pressure/height/weight machine is excellent - doing all these important readings whilst waiting means no time is wasted during the appointment with the Dr. This practice has improved greatly over the last 18 months and I’m very grateful to be a patient at this surgery! Thank you to the amazing Doctors!!

Your positive feedback consolidates the hard work we have put in over the past few years and our commitment to continuously improve the care and service we provide. We are very fortuante to have a conscientious, caring and professional Practice team of clinical staff and administrative staff, who are dedicated to providing the best possible healthcare and customer care service at all times. We ensure staff undertake regular training to maintain and improve their knowledge and skills. We hold regular clinical and staff team meetings to ensure we share information and discuss patient feedback to continuously improve services we offer and to maintain a high level of customer service to our patients. Although this can be challenging due to NHS limitations, staff shortages, etc, we continue to strive to maintain the highest level of care and service to our patients.     I find it easier to book appointments as there are lots of different ways to request an appointment, communication is easier as possible to communicate electronically and over the phone. The responses from the practice are so much faster compared to before. I have been with the practice for many years and despite the increase in the workload for the doctors the response time is faster. There appears to be more clarity in the rules and protocols for the admin staff so they are able to direct me on next course of action very efficiently and are able to pass on my messages/concerns to the doctors very quickly
