Tried for an emergency walk in appointment after being referred by my doctor who was too busy to see me. With over 6 opening hours remaining i was told they cannot see any walk in cases as they were too busy. Referred to 111 (which i have already been on hold for for over 2hrs this morning without response), or to go back to my GP who I already explained was too busy to see me, and that it is also not possible to book an appointment for the next day. Its no wonder A & E services are overstretched when the army of receptionists use a not fit for purpose system to obstruct access to any treatment.

I had struggled with my hearing, ear blocked for weeks. Tried various home remedies for weeks. I just wanted help clearing it, you'd think simply solution, hoped they would syringe of have another solution to help, but no I was told live with it and it'll clear in time, or go private. It has been trouble for weeks, giving headaches on occasions. Yet the NHS will not help. What is the point if all you get told is go private!!! I'm at the end of my tether with loss of hearing. I am registered with them as my main surgery, I will now be moving to a different one

My husband and I had our Covid Booster at the Broad Street Mall Vaccination Centre Reading Thu afternoon and we would like to say a very big thank you. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and the nurse and assistant were so kind and helpful. We are so lucky to have these people so dedicated to their jobs. You all deserve a medal and definitely a pay rise. Kind regards Christine Eagles
