Been in pain all week with arthritis to the point I could barely walk, I've had 3 attempts to get to see a doctor, 2 phone calls and an econsult finally got somewhere and told I would get a call today at 2.30, nothing so rang the surgery only to be told it was a mistake and the phone call would be next Friday and to ring surgery on Monday! Absolute joke, back to square 1.

My Daughter applied for a fit note on the 18th of December after having complex knee surgery she told them that her fit note ran out on the 22nd and was told they would back dated which was no good as she is a staff nurse and they would be expecting her back at work on the 22nd and as she is on crutches and has a knee brace on she was then told to call the surgery in the morning

The first time ever I've had my appointment cancelled and told I'd have a fone call with a new appointment which didn't happen

From the first phone call at 8.00am to the reception staff, followed by speaking to the GP, nursing staff, paramedic staff etc every single NHS worker we encountered was excellent, acting swiftly with empathy and professionalism . Bridge view Medical group were also excellent at responding to my aging mothers needs providing a range of support, the speed of response was particularly impressive.

Iv always found doctors and nurses at this practice well mannered however sometimes getting an appointment is sometimes difficult but I suppose this is through demand. I have faith in the nhs that if my need was urgent one way or another I would be dealt with.

My appointment was well organised and the nurse was polite and ran the appointment explaining the proceedure as and when required.

Had my smear test done and the lady that done it made me feel at ease as had a bad experience on my last one she was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable

Attended a bloods appointment to check for diabetes and cholesterol. The nurse I saw was very professional and competent and the service was very good.

I had an appointment for a blood test because i am taking statins after having a stroke earlier this year. The Appointment was on time and the blood test was done without any problems
