Moved back to Bourne 6 months ago and this practice is a breath of fresh air. Never have I experienced such a good, kind and caring service. All colleagues are amazing, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. The practice is modern, clean and tidy. Everyone has time to listen, to understand and offer the best course of treatment. You should all be immensely proud. GP surgeries are under pressure but the service I have received from this practice is second to none. Thank you.

After a big mix up with my 86 year old mums Prescription they sorted it all out for us in 10 mins , so polite , helpful and thorough, reassured Mum and even though it was the end of the day We didn’t feel rushed. Doctor was so kind with mum as they always are .Best service ever😀Thankyou galletly.

I am currently away from the Practice so not sure what the big mix up was, but we are pleased it was all sorted quickly for your mum. We appreciate such things can be stressful. This is by far the best doctors surgery I’ve ever registered with, they are extremely professional and the doctors are so very helpful, they make you feel like they genuinely care about you and want to help. I’ve had exceptional service from a couple of doctors here and I’m so thankful for their help.
