After a doctor at this practice suspected bladder cancer I had a cystoscopy just over a week later followed by the ct scan. Within a month of diagnosis I had an operation to removed the cancer, an excellent service from both doctor and hospital.

Staff went above and beyond to help me. Phone calls returned after sorting queries for us. So very polite and understanding.

I always find the nurses, paramedics, receptionists. pharmacy ladies very helpful. Not seen a Doctor for months so can’t comment.

Nurses have been brilliant,one in particular, really helpful and understanding, easy to talk to and very friendly,even though I've phoned multiple times I've never been made to feel I'm a nuisance, nurses are always patient and listen to my problems, they always explain the treatment they are proposing . I'm very happy with the service and am grateful for the excellent care I've received .

Hi has a telephone consultation with a nurse from the surgery whom I have had many dealings with before and who I also trust, she gave me so much encouragement and told me I was not going alone and that the feelings I was experiencing were very true and real and has given me guidance on where and what to do next. Referrals are in place and I feel calmer after our conversation. I could not be more grateful

Had a wonderful consultation about the menopause and was more happier that I was explained by the nurse in great detail and how I can move forward in feeling better and how my care would move forward we had a plan of action and put my mind at rest .

I've been going through some bad health issues lately and the entire team have been completely brilliant,so caring and patient phone calls to check in with me to see if medication is working correctly highly recommended this surgery to new Comer's to the area X 😄
