    Have used the online services for the first time. Within a relatively short time of completing the online form I was contacted by a medical secretary and the nurse practitioner and appointment was made for me to see a physiotherapist the next day. I must say I was not only very impressed with the quick response I had, but also the efficiency and professionalism of the practice and the staff. Brilliant all round!

  2. Review titled Blood test results not acted upon

    Yet again early this year a blood test indicated abormal thyroid related results. I had to request this test, never routinely sent. Only checking on my nhs app lets me know there's an issue. No mention of a repeat test or change to medication. I was in the same situation between 2019 & 2022 whereby levels were constantly shown to be abnormal. Only a trip when unwell with serious related symptoms meant that medication was finally reviewed. I have no faith in them so moving GP

    The nurse I saw for my appointment was very friendly and of a caring nature. This nurse took the time to listen to my worries and I never felt rushed. It was the best experience I have had with any GP practice. I want to thank this nurse again for everything she did at my appointment. This nurse is an asset to the practice.

    For the last few months, i contacted my GP practice for my son,my self and my husband. I always received grate advice, the doctors, nursers and other medical staff are kind,very polite, making me to feel safe.Moreover, they are so professional and kind, giving me the time to talk, reassuring me in good maner and with nice words which is grate when we get stressed and worry . Also, they always offer at least a telephone consultation which is grate at this hard NHS time. I really thank to all of the staf and i really appreciate all you support.     Tried to book an emergency appointment, was told there were none left and to try again tomorrow or contact 111. Worried about my symptoms so did go to 111 online and the answer was get an emergency appointment with your GP. On the phone to the surgery at 08.00 - 37th in the queue. The quality of the staff does not mean much if you cannot actually get to see some one

    I had a problem with my medication and I spoke with one of the ladies at the reception, the way that she helped me with my problem was so amazing she reassured me and sorted my issue with kindness and great help. It left me with such faith in the way she spoke to me and her understanding was so helpful, the issue was sorted and I really appreciate everything that she did for me, it’s so nice to speak with someone who took her time to listen and then resolve the problem, I really could not have been treated with more care and understanding it restored my faith in people. Unfortunately because I was so emotional about what had happened I can’t remember her name but I will never forget her kindness and would just like to say that I am so very thankful for her help and attention. This lady is an asset to my surgery so again I am so very thankful for her help and kindness. Mrs Sylvia Hayden

    Today 29/11/2022 I rang the surgery. Need medical assistance for a family member, when I rang, I was 9th in the que - you all know how it works.... eventually I was number 1 in the que - that took 14 minutes. On answering the call, I was told no more appointments available for today ring back tomorrow or try 111. question - why tell me I'm 9th in the que why not say, no more appoints available today ring 111?? so, frustration and time wasting for everyone what a waste of NHS resource having that phone 'manned' when all they are going to say is ring back 2mora or ring 111, a recorded message could say that, and the person could then be put to much more productive use.

Unfortunately, we do have a limited number of appointments each day and are not able to see or speak to every patient who contacts us. Our telephone lines are open between 8am and 6.30pm so that patients can contact us with all manner of enquiries, not limited to appointment requests. Our team remain available on the telephone lines for this purpose, and should an appointment become available due to a cancellation, they are also then able to offer this out if required. There are many other avenues that patients such as yourself can access medical care when we are closed, or at capacity, including the assistance of NHS 111. Please accept my genuine apologythat our services fell short of your expectations in this instance and for any upset and frustration this has caused you.     The building is modern and very clean and bright. Simple patient waiting system across two floors with the doctor coming out to call you in. They had new technology so I have my oxygen levels etc tested whilst sitting in the chair using a device on my finger! Called in the morning, had a call back within an hour and was asked to attend the surgery within two hours. The doctor was very patient, took his time to talk to me and rather than fob me off with antibiotics, offered an alter treatment to try. He was polite, never made me feel rushed and was very nice and extremely thorough. I am new to the area and I was amazed at the service I got, and the fact that I had a basic MOT whilst I was visiting. I hadn’t previously seen a doctor for at least two years! I am so pleased to enrol at this surgery as I feel that if I needed them again, I would get support and be able to actually see a real doctor that would take the time to help. The receptionist was very helpful and very kind. The place was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space for waiting patients. I was really impressed with it all.

    I do not recommend. There was very bad service at the reception desk. When I don't come, it's empty. They don't want to make an appointment face to face. When you get an interview with the doctor, he asks what he needs from him or Jsk can help me. As I say what I need. It won't help. I have to go privately because doctors don't want help. Wages so much on nhs. And there is no help of any kind. These are just some kind of joke. I don't know what happened to the medica center. But it's very bad now. It used to be different. And now they have patients somewhere
