Can't get appointment, sick or constantly ringing and waiting for 45 mins to be told no appointments ring again. I have no more credit on phone to ring again. Walked there but no appointments. Staff suggest I use e-consult via their website. Took ages to go through all the e-consult questions, but filled in page after page. GP will contact me by end of following day. Following day, text from GP = book an appointment!!!! How has this helped anyone? I've wasted my time, GP wasted their time. What a waste of energy, time and money!! No wonder GP practices are struggling. What is the point of e-consult? Now I'm back to square one. No credit on phone to ring. Too fatigued to walk all the way there again and speak to receptionists.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to let us know that this has not been a great experience and we are very sorry to hear this. Please can I suggest that you do contact us again, explain what has happened and that the GP responded to your e-consult and asked you to make an appointment. While some things can be dealt with by e-consult, it is not suitable for everything. On this occasion it's clear you need an appointment. E-consult does help us to manage a workload that has grown considerably, while we have no more resources to manage it. We are always happy to discuss concerns or give additional help. If you would like to do this please get in touch and ask to speak to someone in the management team. Once again, we are sorry that you are unhappy and you are struggling to make an appointment. Receptionists are always amazing and make time to listen to you when you phone up to make sure you receive the right treatment and genuinely care about every individual person Doctors absolutely first class I feel so blessed at age 69 my health is being so well cared for Thankyou everyone and keep up the good work it really does make a difference especially in these difficult times

Nothing but good experiences here at the surgery great staff from friendly and helpful receptionists to caring health care professionals. GPS are always helpful and supportive easy to get an appointment thank you all :)

A big thank you from my elderly parents and myself to all Dr's, reception staff and nurses at Air Balloon surgery for your help, kindness, advice and understanding over this past year. Phone calls are never rushed, and many go out of their way to help. When needed or urgent, call backs and face to face appointments were made quickly, efficiently and has been very much appreciated. Please continue this great team work. Highly recommend this surgery.

My daughter has a rare genetic condition. We have been around the houses trying to get a right medication for her and are waiting for specialist advice. I contacted my GP as I didn’t know where else to go while we wait for what I assume will be a long time given the pressure the NHS is under. We were given the space to discuss and try different options and despite phoning back on a weekly basis, I was never made to feel like I was being a nuisance. I am really grateful for the compassion and understanding I’ve received from staff at the surgery.

I feel very lucky this is my doctors. I have found every interaction with Air Balloon surgery to be exemplary. Reception staff are kind, discreet and understanding. Medical staff are caring, never hurry you, and really listen. When things are urgent I have always been able to speak to someone who could help. Special mention to the cleaners too as the surgery is always spotless.

Have just moved back to Bristol and needed urgent care following an animal bite. On the day of registration the receptionists were so helpful and caring and the service was swift following a discussion with them at the desk. The doctor I met with was helpful, reassuring and kind. Really chuffed I registered with them and just wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so helpful to a gal in need!

I have had many dealings with this practice over the years and the staff have always been wonderful . I feel that they need a special mention since covid, under very difficult circumstances the receptionists that I've dealt with have been so professional, kind and caring I think they do an amazing job . The doctors I've seen or had phone calls with have been the same they must be under time constraints but still listened to me and sorted things out for me . I think too many people are quick to complain ut I don't know where I'd be without this practice as my husband and daughter both have serious lifetime conditions so we use the surgery a lot . They do an amazing job .

I had accompanied my late partner to many appointments at Air Balloon prior to my needing to use the service myself. I always found the practice to be efficient, with caring and sensitive staff. For the first time in ages I have used the practice myself to investigate a health concern that I felt very nervous about. From the reassuring reception staff who were able to advise whom I should see, through to the practice nurse who passed me on to the GP, my health concern was treated with sensitivity and care. I was very anxious about coming to the surgery for many complicated reasons. From start to finish I was made to feel relaxed, making the whole experience that I was dreading, a positive one. Thank you.

I am so so pleased I finally moved over to Air Balloon. I was on the phone for 80 minutes in my previous surgery to get blood test results and just couldn't do that anymore! Air Balloon have been absolutely brilliant over the last few months. They answer the phone very quickly, I am able to get appointments with doctors and nurses within a reasonable time frame and everyone is always friendly, helpful and appointments running on time. I have to have regular blood tests so being able to get appointments and results in a timely manner really has been great. Thanks to all!
