I would like to send in my praise for one of the nurses at this surgery who has been so helpful in helping me deal with my psoriasis. I have seen lots of practitioners over the years about this problem and she was the first one I felt actually understood my condition and was able to provide an excellent treatment for it. On top of that she is always cheerful and friendly. Thank you to all staff at air balloon surgery, I am really happy this is my local surgery.

I have just had a telephone consultation with one of the Dr's. I was extremely anxious about a health concern. The Dr spent time discussing this with me and answering all my questions. She was caring and understanding. I really appreciate the help and support she gave me. Thank you very much.

All the staff are pleasant and good at their jobs. The "care navigators", a title which makes me laugh, are excellent, they used to be called receptionists!!! Triaged, call from Dr, appointment immediately.

My adult son has recently been diagnosed with ASD and has found the experience very overwhelming. He has had to contact the practice for information for an admin matter. Whilst quite a simple exercise for most of us, he found it very stressful and impossible to tackle. I phoned the surgery on 2 occasions and had dealings with 2 of the care navigation team. It is fair to say that both members of staff were amazing. They sorted everything out for my son so that all he had to do was come into the surgery and collect the information. They were both so kind and reassuring and took my son through the process with minimal impact on his stress. I have sent an email directly to the surgery so they know who the individuals are. Thank you for looking after him!

super service from our local practice ,very caring and efficient ,receptionists always polite and ready to help ,nurses and doctors all deserve a thanks,its been my doctors for 30 odd years and am very lucky they are there.

I've had various contacts with the surgery and have received amazing care from the team. The GPs I saw were very thorough in diagnosis and referral and I felt listened to. I also had a check in call on my discharge from hospital to make sure I was ok, which I appreciated. A nurse helped to explain things about wound care when I had a problem. The reception staff are always pleasant and helpful with queries, and gave advice and support when I was housebound. It is great to have a supportive practice. Thanks Air Balloon!

I am writing because I have always found the admin staff at Air Balloon Surgery helpful, supportive and professional. Yesterday two members of staff, one in particular, helped organise hospital transport for me - for the first time so I was a little in the dark as to process. It demanded liaising a few times with transport and another hospital. Thank you for your help

I’ve been so impressed with Air Balloon since I registered last year while pregnant. A year later my daughter and I have continued to receive timely and expert care. From the friendly reception staff to the caring doctors, I feel incredibly lucky to have such a supportive GP practice nearby.

I rang the surgery today with a bout of tonsillitis. Reception picked up the phone within seconds and arranged for a GP to call me back. The GP called back within the hour and 15 minutes later I was in the surgery being checked over as a precaution. I am so impressed with how quickly I was seen. Less than an hour later, I am at home with antibiotics. What a brilliant GP surgery, I feel lucky to have it as my local as you hear so many bad reviews of others. Kind, thoughtful, friendly staff - thank you!

I can't thank your team of receptionists enough ! they go above and beyond and have helped me no end in queries and follow ups ,phone calls back with updates and I genuinely feel they care about patients and trying to help as much as possible,thanks all and keep up the good work
