I cracked a tooth which caused some discomfort but I was more concerned that I might loose the tooth if I didn’t get treatment quickly. The surgery were very responsive and I was offered a next day appointment ( as has happened before ). The dentist listened to my understanding of the damage checked and confirmed that we should proceed to fit a crown. A second appointment was made just 3 days later to prepare for a crown to be made. It’s has been a very prompt process and their usual professional helpful approach.

Pleasant and helpful receptionists. Lovely dentist, not seen her before. She was very thorough and explained everything in a clear and precise way. Very friendly and made me feel at ease

Great dentist and very polite. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Efficient reception team who dealt quickly with my booking and payment.

It was my sons 1st time visiting the dentist and I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. They made him soo comfortable and the dental nurse was soo fantastic with him . Thank you soo much ☺️

My son has his check up today. He is autistic and has sensory issues. He doesn’t brush his teeth as much as he should and this has caused problems with his baby teeth. His dentist explained things easily for him to understand the importance of cleaning them and also showed him the problems it has caused. My son has come away today with a better attitude towards brushing his teeth.

Had a filling done today . Was very nervous as I’m not comfortable at the dentist . However the dentist was kind gentle and got it done almost pain free . So I’m happy

He explained everything he was doing and what I should do at home to look after my gums better. Also explained why I needed a tooth removed at the hospital.

I went to see the hygienist for a clean, scrape and polish. The hygienist was very good and competent, she had a hard time with me because I am not a good patient and have overly sensitive gums. She was as gentle as possible but I found it difficult to have the treatment. The hygienist was as considerate as possible and did remove plaque from my teeth and gave me a polish. My teeth do feel different (better) the tooth edges are a little sharper with the plaque removed and the discolouration has been removed. Its worth a little discomfort and should extend the life of my teeth.
