Very professional; dentists and other staff are friendly and helpful. Had an emergency appointment whic was arranged quickly and the dentist expained very clearly what the options were and why. While waiting witnessed staff interacting very supportively to both adults and children.

Had an emergency appointment last week due to infection, was given course of antibiotics, returned 5 days later and they cleared out rest of infection and started treatment to make it more comfortable for me and returning next week to complete treatment. They were professional and gave me in-depth information all the way through treatment. I am not keen on going to dentist but I felt at ease.

I had a great experience at the dentist today. The dentist was very caring and kind; she explained the treatment and what she was going to do and she made sure I was comfortable and allowed me breaks when needed. Excellent service

Very professional and the dentist went into great detail examining my teeth. Good recommendation to use hygienist and have an appointment tomorrow.

I have been using this practise for a number years and confirm the the experiance has been excellent. Most of the appointments have been for check ups as with todays appointment. Great service with a new dentist who provided a good overview of my dental health with additional information on the care I need to take.

Prompt and polite staff. Upon entering I was dealt with quickly with the receptionist and it also helped filling in the on line questionnaire the day before. The dentist was polite and talked to me through his examination explaining what he was looking for

I have been I think with this practice for 3 years maybe more and my most recent visit of yesterday was a good one and the dentist filled me with confidence as to him knowing more and giving more advice and options to do with my teeth. I hope he stays with this practice as I haven’t to my knowledge had the same dentist twice.

Kind and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Everywhere was very clean. I was seen before my appointment time. The dentist introduced himself as I'd not seen him before, and went through everything with me. My next appointment is booked for 9 months time.

Hi my dentist is always very kind and attentive. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Also he always shows and tells me how to look after my teeth and gums.

Managed to get an emergency appointment following toothache. X-rays taken on 1st visit and Dentist unable to identify which tooth is causing the pain. 2nd. Is it the following day and after further investigation the dentist identified the pain causing tooth. Then told that an appointment will be made in the coming months to have the tooth extracted. So I am still in pain and discomfort and now have to wait an unspecified time frame for an appointment. Best I stock up on lots of pain killers and paracetamol.
