    My daughter always received her treatment from caring professionals who took the time to explain everything. Appointments were emailed across with a reminder text. On the odd occasion when she experienced a problem with her braces, she was given a same-day appointment.

    1st of all lovely receptionists nothing like GPs receptionists which is good. The 2 ladies who did my daughters braces were lovely friendly and organised. The practice is so clean and a pleasure to sit in ??

    My daughter has had an amazing experience from start to almost finished. Due off in next few months. Transformation is unbelievable and I’m excited for her to now have the smile that she has always wanted. Aged 14 when she started her journey and nearly 16 now. Every part of her experience has been a good one. All staff are very welcoming, polite and friendly and so talented to produce such results. Thank you!! 100% would recommend! No hesitation.

    Appointments always running on time. Even though I have not been into an appointment with my son throughout his treatment(covid restrictions), information has always been relayed to him. I have not had to call myself to ask questions. Always received following appointments promptly.

    I had ro wait for 10 mins wen my appointment was at 1400 i was told to wait another 10 mins othet then that it was good

    Appointment was on time and really quick but felt so clinical no updates or anything nobody even spoke to me in the appointment which felt really odd.

This is highly unusual and we would agree, would be very odd - we tend to ask questions to enable us to deliver the next phase or progression of treatment and this would have been very difficult if we did not communicate with you at all.     The orthodontist was quick and fairly nice, however she said she was referring my son to the hospital without explaining why and I felt like we were rushed out of the room as soon as she had said that so no time for questions. I’m assuming it was to have teeth removed from my sons overcrowded mouth but I’m sure we will find out once our appointment comes through, which will probably be some time given we waited 8 months for this appointment!!!

    Still enforcing mask wearing when this is no longer mandatory, time to move on! I have recently visited my local GP surgery who have told me that you dont have to wear masks. I also visited the orthodontic department at the Hospital with my other Daughter, and they arent telling people to wear masks.

    Thank you for your feedback about mask-wearing at the practice. We appreciate your feedback however we are bound by NHS England rules governing primary care services and therefore, at the time of your visit (June 2022) we adhered to NHS England Guidance and mask-wearing rules for patients and team members within the practice. Perhaps you visited your GP or Hospital after the guidance was changed? It is also important to recognise that as Health Care Providers who work in close facial/respiratory contact with our patients, it is an on-going compliance requirement for us, so we will continue to wear face masks although it is no longer a mandatory requirement for patients coming to see us. We hope this clarifies things for you but if we can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
