    Staff were polite and answered our queries. The appointment ran on time. Practice appeared clean and modern. Waiting list has been very long for us to get this appointment. There is Air Conditioning only in certain rooms, but not all. The wearing of masks even in this health care setting seems weird, defies logic and goes against the science. Many staff wore masks while few others had it below their mouth. What is the point of this half hearted approach? Overall good experience but still not normal.

    Thank you for reviewing your recent visit to Teethinline. We very much appreciate your feedback and would just like to comment on the mask wearing that you have highlighted as part of your review. Mask wearing by all patients and staff in a clinical environment was essential and a necessity confirmed in guidelines issued to us by NHS England who govern the services we deliver. All our clinical staff and up until recently, our patients too were required to wear face coverings to protect themselves and each other. We have now just had confirmation that our patients no longer need to wear a face covering when attending an appointment. This has however only been a very recent change. Our staff will remain wearing face coverings, particularly in the clinical environment, however we take on board your comment that some had their mask below their mouth and we will reiterate the importance of wearing the mask appropriately to all our team members. Thank you for highlighting this to us and giving us the opportunity to explain.

    The appointments start at the time they are meant it. It is quick and easy. The staff and friendly and make you feel at ease throughout your time there. Lovely facility with modern design. Would definitely recommend.
