I believe this is the best dental practice i have ever attended the staff are always cheerful helpful and competent. I had an issue with a tooth and at my check up the dentist dealt with the issue immediately so i did not have to make a further appointment.

I was sorry to see my dentist leave but delighted to meet my new dentist and her assistant, both considerate and helpful. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

My dental treatment has given me back my smile. I was very aware that my teeth were not good to look at. The treatment I received both addressed the way I looked and the health of my teeth. My first response were a few tear of joy that I could smile without thinking of ways to hide the obvious wear and tear. The procedure was explained initially and my choices were all acknowledged. I am so pleased and happy with my new smile is natural and now more frequent!

As always everyone of the staff refer to you by your first name. My check up was thorough, as usual, and if I needed treatment it is told in easy terms. No worries going to this dentist.

I was always nervous of going to a dentist, however, I can honestly say that the people are polite and friendly and the treatment excellent and I am not nervous any more. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Nothing is too much trouble if you have a tooth/denture problem. No matter who you are speaking to when at the practice it's the same 'Happy to Help' atmosphere. I always have a laugh with my dentist. My husband was always dubious about going to the dentist but he has no problems since we started at Aycliffe.

I have always received a quality service from this practice during the past several years. The reception staff are always friendly and cheerful, the displays are clear and informative. The clinician that I see is exceptionally good as he takes time to explain the procedures and I feel I can relax and don't feel rushed.

Like a lot of people I have a slight fear of dentists, however I have been coming here for some time now and from my very first visit up to my recent check up I have always been put at ease and made made to feel comfortable by everyone there.

Without doubt this is the best dentistry practice that I have been to. From the receptionist to the staff that I have received treatment from have been courteous professional and helpful. I say this, being a person who is getting on in years, and visited a few practices although, like most people, I was anxious, but, I needn’t have been because I did not experience any pain whatsoever.
