I came in to ask about registering myself and my daughter. I was fortunate enough to be dealt with the little lady with glasses and a very English accent. She was so busy and still made time to keep coming back to me to explain my exemption. I am new to Universal Credit and my advisor has said I get free dental treatment and free medical. But when this lady kindly and so very very patiently showed me on my journal that I wasn't actually covered I was shocked! I could have faced a nasty fine had she explained it and showed me how to check. Thanks to her I have so much vital information. I cannot express in words just how much I appreciated it. She didn't need to, but went the extra several miles!! She told about all the independent charges and I watched her help so many people indescriminantly, in multiple languages I must add! This receptionist is just a refreshing change to see. You can tell she has her heart in really helping people. I see why the google reviews I read on the practice site mention her so often. I went away thinking about what I would like to do next but felt completely unpressured. If I register anywhere it will be without hesitation here. I registered my child who will get free treatment under the nhs and that was just perfect. I look forward to bringing her for her first ever dentist appointment, a sentence I didn't think I'd ever say after having such terrible experiences in my last home city of Manchester.

Your well spoken multi lingual receptionist with glasses continues to offer the best customer service we as a family have received anywhere. My gran my aunt and nephews all mention nothing but praise for the amount of care and genuine assistance she offers. I have posted a google review also as she is simply outstanding. Keeping us updated about waiting times, any delays. Helping anyone who needs it no matter how busy she is. Hats off to you! I would recommend without hesitation any who has a query to ask this lady.

Came in to register my sister who has not been able to find a dentist that she likes, is local, and taking new patients for almost two years. Nearly walked out as it was really busy but the posh lady wearing glasses at the desk apologised and said she had seen us come in and would be as quick as possible. I didn't mind looking elsewhere but she made us feel acknowledged and that she cared about trying to help. Most places if they are busy have completely ignored us. Because my sisters english isn't as good as mine she finds it stressful and people treat her differently which I have seen first hand. This lady was amazing literally the kindest and most polite person who patiently explained about her benefit, how to check and took all her registration details. My sister not once asked me for help as I sat down and waited in case she needed me. The lady not only explained in english but translated in Urdu when my sister didn't understand. We were amazed to find out this wasn't even the receptionist own language but she was brilliantly fluent. The whole time we were made to feel welcome, completely respected and she called her madam and was so unbelievably polite and patient. I would recommend everyone take lessons from this staff. She is the best I've seen. I was so impressed I want my own family to leave our dentist and register here now!

Although we waited a while it was understandable with how many emergency appointments were coming in. our dentist went over the treatment really well. the amazing girl at reception on her own was simply brilliant. she was well spoken and me sir called went out of her way to explain dental eczemptions for and was very patient with me. this was new to me and I was completely unaware of the fines and how to check. every time i call she is really helpful and polite. all my family specially my gran thinks she is the nicest kindest person. we had so many problems getting through on the phone before last year but now its quite easy. we speak this girl alot and she always tries to help us with appointments and even advice my gran now feels comfortable to call herself which she wouldn't fo before and reconises the posh voice of her favourite receptionist and remembers her name even. my gran didn't know about pension credit and she helped her so much. after our emergency appointment the receptionist translated in Urdu for my gran what she had to and booked our next appointment while taking calls in other languages and helping others. She was so good other patients were talking about how nice hardworking and kind she is and we definitely agree.

I don’t attend this dentist and was just picking up my elderly aunt when I saw the little receptionist with glasses come away from the desk to check a patients taxi had come. What surprised me was she then helped the couple get into the vehicle and firmly told the driver she didn’t appreciate him watching the couple struggling while he just sat there. After being embarrassed by this tiny persons effort, eventually the driver got a ramp out to help the lady who couldn’t get in to get in. It was clear he wasn’t happy to help. The way the staff spoke to the driver was as though the people were her own family she was livid at his reluctance to help and it was heartwarming to see such genuine care. I really understand why my aunt talks so highly of this receptionist. I’ve been ordered to bring her flowers as I was told that was nothing new and she is even nicer to my aunt! Honestly don’t feel there are enough people like this around. Just so kind!

Spoke to your receptionist the same one three times a few weeks ago who was so helpful friendly and patient every single time! My last review was returned because I wrote her name but she was very well spoken and called me madam ever so politely. She explained how to log into my universal credit login and check my dental exemption which no one else helped me with or wanted to bother to which was making me weary of booking an appointment which I desperately need because a friend of mine recently had a ridiculous fine. She was so informative I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me. I really have not enough words to show my appreciation. It took time to get through on the phone but I could hear how busy she was. When she put me on hold she apologised and got back to me quickly. So very polite and courteous. Exceptional customer service every time from this lady consistently is amazing. I’ve not had this level of genuine assistance in years. I’m shocked and impressed at the level of care and patience this lady had for me. No services I use or have used to date have been this good. Just exceptional would recommend without hesitation. I hope both my husbands and my son’s first appointment that I booked goes this well. I’ll be looking out for her to thank her personally since I have her unusual name noted. Just brilliant!

During a really busy day to have such great service is a reflection of the fab staffing team at this place. Great, really friendly lady dentist with two helpful nurses and brilliant receptionist, treated my grandma so kindly. She can't speak much english and said the posh reception lady spoke pretty much everything. My grandma told me how the receptionist saw she was struggling to say what she needed in English and she tried a few languages till she could understand her. She said to pass on she simply adores this lady now who was so incredibly patient with her. My grandma said she saw how she was really kind and helpful to all the patients that were waiting when she had her appointment. It is really nice to hear about a great place looking after patients for a change! My grandma is still talking about your receptionist a week later!

came to bring my mom to appointment little reception lady with glasses so nice explain in urdu so my mom could understand gave mom water because she was tired and had pain. best staff so nice and caring open door for her and told dentist see her downstairs. changed details so all appointments more easy downstairs now. very very good.

Sign up was pretty straightforward and staff were professional, seems like a lively workplace. From my point of view At solanki dental practice, the staff all understand each other which makes things not only easier for them but also for the customers.
