Felt both my check up and my sons was rushed , didn’t check our gums like they normally do .. I had my teeth cleaned and it was very painful and my gums bled so much more than before ..

Kept informed of my dental health, received good advice for dental hygiene and generally friendly. I'm very nervous when attending appointments but always out as ease

Everyone was helpful. i cant manage stairs so the dentist came down and i was seen in another room. they were very friendly and said in future my wife and I can come for checkups etc. together

She seemed to use loads of anaesthetic - it’s 4 hours after the treatment (it was just cleaning) and my lips are still numb. Also she left no time for the anaesthetic to kick in before she started cleaning the sore bit she’d injected the anaesthetic for - literally she didn’t take a breath.

I was there for a total of two minutes the staff were not interested. The dentist looked at my teeth didn’t count them or anything gave me no feedback I was literally in the chair for two minutes. This cost me £25 for literally nothing. I was also denied a scale and polish when I booked the appointment but then told that I shouldn’t have been when I was leaving what a waste of time

Outstanding. Was nervous going into it but we all had a laugh and made light hearted out of the situation. Amazing job. Have always been here and always will. Two great team members.
