I was waiting at least 20 minutes past my appointment time. Previous visit was 10 minutes late. They always used to be so prompt, with 2 minute wait after turning up.

I love the staff there when i first started out with park dental care i was really anxious and would not go on my own the staff was so friendly and understanding and helpped me over come the fear i had

Sorry, my treatment is probably not over, so I can't write a full review. Even after x-rays there was no clear indication of what was causing my toothache which is not too severe and comes and goes with no apparent trigger. I was prescribed Colgate Duraphat 5000 ppm to see if that has any effect and have been told to go back if there is no improvement. An extraction may be necessary but I am assured it will be sorted!

I was dreading seeing a different dentist today; but was very pleasantly surprised. I must mention I made an appointment for the next day instead of waiting for ever. The new Dentist has a sense of humour and was very approachable and friendly with a smile. His dental nurse assistant was also lovely. I cannot thank them enough for being so much fun while the treatment was quick and painless. This was also a bonus as I had a filling without an injection. Overall a great experience. Thank you

I havs just had a dental appointment on the 19th October at 4 10pm i was in approximately 7 minutes at a cost of £ 25 50 no clean or polish then i was told by the dentist that i need to see the Hygienist at a cost of £70 pounds its a Disgrace there just extracting money out of people ever since covid there are sending me a message to come for a dental appointment every 3 months? When before i only came only every 6 month's? My name is k Sugden for reference to this email

Thorough assessment and advice recieved on the options available. Crown fiited painlessly and in a calm and professional manner. Excellent staff.

As ever, friendly and efficient treatment . I always feel quite relaxed on my visits. One negative, the interior is in urgent need of refurbishing .It is looking very tired and shabby.

What stood out for me? Well your staff are wonderful, from walking in I was greeted warmly & professionally. After I filled out my form I was asked to wait for a short period before being called to the surgery. I love that I have seen Luke; my dentist on every occasion. I have 100% trust in my dental team. They are always kind, nice, reassuring. When it comes to my actual dental work I am of the opinion that I have the BEST dentist in the U.K.. park dental has done so much for me & im eternally life the fantastic treatment I’ve received over a number of years .
