Appointment time was kept, with no waiting. Professionalism of dentist who talked through the procedure at every stage. Receptionist, Dental Nurse and Dentist all very pleasant and friendly.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Dentist explained everything and ensured I fully understood the diffetent treatments available for my issue.

Dentist did more than I expected at a checkup,filled some chipped teeth for me. But I didn’t realise he was leaving,and that I wouldn’t be able to book another appointment. I have to wait for the practice to find another one and they will ring me. I’ll wait in anticipation.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. However the dentist was average. I’m confident that my treatment was successful but compared to previous dentists there was poor communication. Didn’t explain the procedure like my previous dentist did. Was very rough when handling my teeth and mouth. After the treatment was done there was again poor communication. Overall I’m happy with the service but thought there was a few points worth mentioning.

When I made my appointment I made it very clear what the problem was, an old filling had failed and caused a piece of tooth to break off. It was obviously going to need some work. I was booked in for a 10 minute appointment which gave no time to do what obviously needed doing. You are wasting appointments and wasting patients time by operating your system in this way. I now have to wait for a 30 minute appointment but have no idea when that will be and my job is such that I can't just drop everything at the last second. Very disappointed.

I was not aware that I would be seeing a different dentist, it was a bit of a shock, but he was very good. The bannister on your staircase could do with a really good clean it was grubby and sticky and with Covid around not nice to use.

The treatment was good but I had not been made aware that this was a private treatment and would cost £72. This should have been clearly explained as I might not have gone ahead with this treatment.
