Receptionist was very polite and efficient. The dentist was also very polite and gave advice on dental care.

Excellent dentist, very clean and extremely friendly staff who are always happy to help. My dentist made me feel very calm and talked me through exactly she was doing and checked that I was ok throughout my check up. She followed up with great advice to help me with my oral hygiene. I don’t like visiting the dentist but holt house always make me relax and put me at ease at every visit!

Put me at ease as I’m not to good at dentist . Explained in detail every thing they was going to do. Even bit by bit as they worked on my teeth. .. very professional lovely dentist. . First I’ve met in a while. Glad they are at the dentist . Looking forward to next appointment

Excellent customer service, from walking into reception which is meticulously clean and welcoming, to interacting with the friendly receptionist and dental staff all are professional and knowledgeable about any questions asked , and all information is relayed in simple and easy to understand manner, having been slightly nervous of a dentist visit over the years , this practice with their helpful informative and friendly but professional approach have readily eased my visits I would happily recommend this dental practice to anyone young or old

Good service and pleasant staff, especially long standing receptionist and hygenist. I have been attending for several years now. Never had an unsatisfactory experience.

It was an emergency treatment and i needed my tooth removed, it seemed very rushed, the dentist was more interested in staff going for their lunch break as in her words"it was going to be a busy afternoon". My tooth has not been removed,still half in and i left with bits if broken tooth still in my mouth. Not a pleasant experience and i now have to go to another dentist for them to remove the rest of my tooth. Not a good experience at all. Felt like i was a hinderence and in the way of a busy day, when the waiting room was actually empty. I did comment to the lady on reception afterwards. Not a nice experience

All on time and very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback is my dentist, who has been excellent and made me feel confident and comfortable, is leaving. Really hope that whoever replaces him is as good. Wishing Osman Eltom good luck ?
