I was referred to the hospital from your surgery as my dentist didn’t know what was wrong, the hospital found out for you and referred me back as an emergency as I am experiencing discomfort and pain when I eat, the dentist I saw today made it clear on more than 1 occasion that she is only there for emergency or 111 even though I told her I had been referred back from the hospital for urgent treatment, the hospital also told me that you couldn’t refuse me as I was referred from your practice, I told them I had been bumped into the waiting list because my dentist ( who in my opinion wasn’t very good) had left, I was told that didn’t matter and you had to treat me. I find the whole situation very disappointing as I have been a customer for 30 years and in my opinion the whole place is slowly going down hill, I don’t often complain but I can’t help myself on this occasion and to cap it all I am now told that they’re are dentists at the practice but they are private and come with a private fee, disgusting

Very quick emergency dental care given by an outstanding dentist. The staff were also very pleasant.

The dental hygienist was understanding as she knows i have very sensitive teeth. She was not able to give me her best service though because the surgery had not got any numbing gel. This is not her fault but the fault of the people who's job it is to keep stocks up. Not good when you think i have to pay £59 per clean due to the fact my dentist left and she hasn't been replaced yet therefore my dentist cant refer me to the hygienist.

My husband attended with severe traumatic occlusion, we were expecting an urgent quick app at a dental hospital. Work was carried out to minimise further damage but no explanation as to what happens next

Friendly and informative staff. The dentist answered most questions but confirmed that she would follow up the following day at the latest with the odd piece of information required.

Put in temporary filing - thankyou appreciate you seeing me. However the question is as I’m not allocated to a specific dentist but warned that filling may drop out and need further treatment which again would only be temp fix. This is 2nd occasion not very satisfactory unable to get final treatment especially as told if I go private it can be done straight away.

A special appointment week for children in the school holidays. Fantastic idea, children not missing school and having their teeth checked. The dentist we saw has a brilliant approach with children
