    All went well apart from the excessive waiting. We arrived in good time for our appointment at 1040 and waited quite a while to see the dentist and then even longer to see the hygienist. We finally left at 1225. The biggest worry however is that we weren't able to book another appointment with the dentist.

    The dentist was very competent and explained everything. I had to wait an hour for my appointment with the hygienist. I was told at reception that my appointment was at 12 but my card said 11.20.

    Amazing efficient staff!!! Very friendly I called up in the morning due to having a huge abscess I’m not registered at a dentist but I have had previous work here they called me back and offered me an appointment for later that day excellent

    The dentist I saw was lovely and did a great job repairing my tooth. However trying to get an emergency NHS appointment was terrible. Had to keep ringing daily at 9am and got the impression they would only see you if you were in pain and taking painkillers. I can’t even book a routine appointment or checkup anymore as my dentist has left and they won’t give me an appointment. I have been coming to this dentist for 30 years and now can even get a check up. All this dentist seems interested in now is private cosmetic work.

    I have been trying for over a week to get an emergency appointment. I finally got one this morning, to be told the recommended treatment could not be offered under the NHS. So I would have to pay private to book in for the treatment if I wanted to go ahead. Although the staff were polite and informative, I find it very disappointing. I have just been charged £25.80 to be told I cannot have any treatment and meanwhile I am still in pain.

    I’ve not been able to get a NHS appointment, unfortunately I had to use the emergency services which was ok , I’ve still got a filling issue, hopefully will be sorted soon next appointment

    I was under no pressure to make any specific decision on what treatment to have. Also the tooth extraction we ultimately decided on was done completely without any pain for me.

    Havent been able to see a dentist for months now but the staff are really kind and explained that they are trying their best to find new ones.fingers crossed it soo.
