Arrived before appointment time. Didnt get seen until 30 minutes after appointment and dentist didnt offer an apology. Not good enough to be left waiting especially when you are on a limited lunch break.

The dentist was ever so nice, he was patient with me as I was nervous. Reception staff all lovely too

Two lady’s doing the procedure where friendly and talked all way through which was nice as I’m not a lover of going to dentist

Excellent staff and very kind and considerate as I’m quite anxious about going to dentist but the staff make you feel at ease.

The dentist was very good- was a little worried at first as I’ve not been since it’s been taken over by Spring Dental. But the staff were lovely and they made the experience for my three year old daughter very special and helped her overcome her fear as it was her first check up. Very nice waiting area and a lovely Receptionist. Only downside is waiting times, if they’re running behind, just don’t book other appointments after the dentist as you won’t make it in time.

Ist time ive visited Spring Dental having previously been a patient with Heylings for over 40 years, pleastantly surprised, the renovations that have been done bring the whole building upto date, very professional and friendly staff from receptionists to the dentist.

We had two separate appointments at different times, but Serban saw us both together..thankyou. Excellent service as always. Very professional but very relaxed approach which is brilliant, particularly for my daughter. Wonderful, clean, appealing surgery that is very modern.

The dentist we saw was excellent, really friendly especially with my little boy, very knowledgeable and took his time to explain any concerns I had and talk me through my x-ray and options in detail
