The receptionist was very pleasant. Didn’t have long to wait. Dentist was very friendly and explained everything, and did a great job. The nurse was lovely and all in all I was made to feel really at ease.

Attention to explaining what everything was that they were doing. Giving me time to relax. Explaining cost to me and asking what I wanted doing so I could pick the cheaper or more expensive option.

From walking in the door the reception staff were really lovely, the actual waiting area and all round is immaculately clean, the dentist and hes colleague were so nice and laid back which in my opinion puts you at ease

I felt I was given plenty of time for my appointment, I needed a small bit of work and they offered to re book or do there and then so I opted to have it done whilst there. Quick and efficient. Explained everything well and showed me in the mirror what he was explaining

As a disabled patient I found the hygienist's new chair most uncomfortable. It exacerbated my spinal condition to the point of distress.
