I have been a patient of this practice for 30+ years. The dentist I saw for the first time was very kind, helpful and supportive. This visit was for X-ray and to decide the treatment plan and I need to return next week for the proposed treatment. I came away feeling confident about this.

Went for a routine clean with the hygienist, lady was very good,gentle and kept asking if ok, teeth feel lovely now.

I have major anxiety about dentist visits was amazing and patient. Spoke to me and advised me step by step what he will do. Reassure me and checked in if I was ok as scared. Fantastic service

My tooth broke last night so booked an emergency appointment online under NHS. Been extremely anxious all morning got to the appointment and was told that even though I booked under nhs as he was not my usual dentist I would be charged 65 plus treatment. Explained my son was disabled and would be off school next week so I would have to bring him which would be extremely difficult as he has severe autism. Extremely unaccomodating so just have to be in pain now for 5 days and bring him with me. If I book under nhs why should I be charged just because he's not my usual dentist

I have been a patient of this of this dental practice for many years. The surgery itself is light, airy, modern and very welcoming. The staff at the reception are always quick to help and greet me with a warm greeting that feels genuine. The waiting area is large and spacious with comfortable seating and air conditioning. Wait times are usually minimal and again the dentist or nurse calling patients through is friendly, warm and welcoming. I overcame my fear of dentistry at this practice as everything is explained well and great care taken to put a worried mind at rest. I also had a fear of needles and injections but knowing I can have numbing cream beforehand helped a great deal. My latest visit was a check up only and I didn’t need further treatment on this occasion but I was given lengthy instruction and demonstration on how to better clean my teeth and care for my gums long term which was informative and helpful. After my appointment the payment process was quick and I was able to book my next routine appointment at a time that suited me in 6 months time. I received an appointment card and a text with my appointment details and at least one reminder text will be sent out nearer the time

From the beginning this dental surgery has been so lovely and friendly. Each appointment has been met with helpful staff and caring too. The dentist is so good at what he does. My son needed braces and he was very kind and helpful in his advice through out the process. The extraction of my son's tooth was down very skillfully, my son came away absolutely fine. The extraction was straightforward and my son was fine too. Afterwards the dentist told my son what he had to do and gave him all the necessary information. My son was happy I was worried about the extraction but put at ease when they both came out onto the waiting room just fine. I recommend this surgery based o the service and approach they have towards my kiddos teeth health. They have been nothing but outstanding. Thank you guys!!!

I'm terrified of the dentist but after being in so much pain I finally made an appointment. The receptionist must have known I was nervous and was really kind. The dentist took her time and explained everything to me and made the whole time a lot easier. Thank you

Excellent treatment from a very polite staff. I had an examination of my mouth and teeth as I have lost my sense of taste. After some treatment done to my teeth I have been told to report back in about three months time.
