    Today my father who has dementia left the house as he had tooth ache much to our worry assisted by my mother who are both 82 and a kindly neighbour who picked them up half way he arrived with no appointment and after my mother explained he had dementia he was seen immediately super service that you so much outstanding is a understatement and thank you for patients that were waiting for you understanding I can not thank you enough x

    Today I attended an 8am apt in good time. Waited to get in as doors not open ( with several elderly patients struggling to stand) Greeted eventually by immediately being asked for my payment for my check up. Waited half an hour past my apt. When I asked what was happening I was told my dentist had not come in yet and told to take a seat and wait. I said I had work at 9am but told I can either wait or rearrange the apt. 
Couldn’t refund my payment. Rescheduled for 8am Thursday 27th at 8am but I asked will I be seen at 8am as I had another important appointment that day too.Told who knows! 
I feel this dental practice is very much aware of limited choice of NHS places and plays on that with a take it or leave it attitude. They seem very focused on taking money but not realising this can be a very anxious time for patients. 
I have had a second opinion on another occasion which led to me saving a tooth that I was advised to have removed. 
I have lost confidence in this dental practice as a result but they are quite right in that there is no choice due to the lack of NHS dentists.

It’s a sorry state of affairs. God help us if our health care is ever dealt with like this. 
Since privatisation of dentistry the country’s dental health has rapidly deteriorated.

    had my appointment today at 3:30 and I was there at 3:34. Receptionist said I've been marked fta and she was not willing to speak to the dentist that the patient is here in the queue and would she like to go for the appointment. Very rude front desk who are unwilling to help and have no issues if patients leave the practice. Took advance from me and gave no service. This is against consumer rights. Either refund my money or give me another appointment.

    I attended for a check up and hygienist appointment this month and would definitely recommend this dental practice. The staff were very considerate and the service was great. I had everything explained to me and recommended treatments too. Great service all round. Thank you.

    I am a very nervous and anxious person in the dentist, the dentist was amazing, she calmed me down, reasured me that she would not do anything I was unable to deal with, and we have come up with a plan that had completely put my mind at rest.

    Impossible to get through on the phone to cancel/ rearrange appointments. I was an NHS patient pre pandemic and suddenly i am no longer allowed. As a nurse I've been a bit busy and my teeth have not been a priority. I have been penalised.

    I was seen at very short notice by a very lovely, kind, knowledgeable dentist and a very caring dental nurse for severe tooth pain. The dentist was extremely understanding of the severity of my problem and she took the time to explain the options and was very reassuring. I felt very looked after by both of them. 100% recommend.

    Had a root canal booked, get a text it was cancelled. Called them and explained I need it due to the pain I'm in. Next appointment was 2 weeks and they couldn't even see me on time. Ik fed up with this dentist. They receptionist, some are nice some are not. I feel very uneasy sitting in the waiting room. But I think they need to be on time especially since my appointment was the first one of the day!

    I have neglected my teeth by not attending a dentist for about 20 years due to my anxiety, I had no choice to attend following an extremely painful dental absess. I was treated with the most amazing care and reassurance and did not feel judged at all for my situation. I have now successfully had three appointments , two extractions , a filling and a hygienist descaling . My teeth feel amazing. And my anxiety is under control. I cannot thank the team at Damira enough. And I have booked for my six month check up already .
