I have a retainer attached to the back of my teeth which broke so I had a loose wire poking into my gums , it was a Sunday so was sent for emergency appointment by 111 , I arrived at appointment 6 pm expecting to wait as they were busy , I was seen as soon as I arrived , and the wire removed much to my relieve .

We had such a good experience as a family during our appointment. The staff were friendly and we were soon as soon as we arrived. We were made to feel comfortable and it made for a smooth, comfortable experience. They even had time to have a quick look at my 4 yr old to Introduce him to the dentist

I now request a particular dentist at Damira South Ham as she has been fantastic with my eldest daughter (aged 10) who can get quite anxious about dental procedures. This dentist is extremely patient and explains everything to my daughter(s), seeking their and my permission before she proceeds with anything. This time, she even managed to persuade my daughter to let her wobble out a baby tooth that has basically been stuck for the last 3 years! I am very grateful to this dentist for making our visits much less stressful (she must never be allowed to leave!)

Part of a tooth came away recently so needed a prompt appointment which I managed to have. Seen quickly and sorted amd all explained well. If only I could get through on the phone more quickly, but once I did the receptionist was kind and helpful.

I had a great experience with the dentist very thorough and showed care and compassion. Getting the appointment though is problematic. The reception staff are arrogant and cold. My appointment was booked wrong twice which meant I visited twice with the wrong times appointment and so have waited months just to tell me I need treatment which is the reason I contacted my dental surgery. This dental surgery really need to work on their reception staff as it pulls down the very good standard the dentists have and ultimately costs the surgery and the patient time and money. Prevention is better than cure, but Damira receptionists may need training. Very poor standard. I want to reiterate that the actual medical professional, the dentist was outstanding.

Arrived ten minutes early. Receptionist pleasant. Seen five minutes before appointment time. Dentist and assistant professional friendly and informative.

Booked online - first time when booked online they haven't cancelled on me. Only appointment available was at night which wasn't desirable but online booking preferred. Receptionist was nice. Dentist and assistant were very nice and explained things very well. Was very quick and plesent. Was even finished before appointment time was scheduled. Forms sent to fill in before appointment. Waiting time was short, went in before
