I had an appointment in march 2024. I got an email and they've cancelled my appointment. I've gone in and now I've to wait until June 2024 for my appointment. Its an extra 3 months of waiting all because the dentist has decided to take an holiday or a day off when my march appointment was due. They didn't ever rebook me an appointment or anything. Just wad hoping it'd go away on its own. This dentist is now terrible. I've been here over 20 years and this is the worst state it had been in since ice first started here all those years ago. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

This is the second time i have had your trainee dentist, i was telling my wife just after the appointment i have never had a dentist as thorough as her ever.. its usually 5 minutes in the chair and i am usually told all ok see you in 6 months, but she goes above and beyond and does not rush and does the job perfect and as it should be, she explains to me what shes going to do before the chair goes back, she is really really good

Really good experience except when making another appointment. Told that I had to pay for my hygienist 2 months before my appointment date. I am not rich and therefore not made the appointment yet as I need to put food on the table first..I dont agree with paying this far in advance.

The way the dentist spoke to my child. Didn’t make them feel at ease at all. The receptionists were excellent and understood my concerns. Very helpful when it came to swapping dentists and making appointments.

Thorough with check up and assured me was all ok Wasn’t my dentist so advice she gave was good but I said wanted to discuss with my dentist at next months. Heck up

I had an appointment with the hygienist and I was appalled at how much the treatment cost (£66.55) for less than 10 minutes work.

Liked the renovation in the reception area however feel there isn’t enough seating for the amount of clients waiting. All staff, friendly and accommodating.

I was fitted it on the day I called as my tooth broke on that day,the reception staff were lovely as was the dentist and her assistant.I was reassured throughout and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.
