The cleanliness of the practice. The reception staff were polite and friendly. The care I received by my dentist was fantastic.

I was very pleased to be fitted in so quickly for which I'm eternally grateful, everyone was very nice & respectful, however since myself & my family joined the practice many years ago it is clearly now a business & we are just customers, in my opinion all nhs establishments should not be businesses, patients could pay a small cost by all means but not the way it is now.

As always the staff are friendly and helpful. I was advised not to have unnecessary treatment and to wait to see how things go(I was going to pay extra), whereas some dentist will just do the treatment.

Very friendly. I saw one young nurse helping a visually impaired pensioner, allowing him to take her arm whilst leading him back to his wife. She then helped his wife to her feet before returning back to work. This was so refreshing to see and the young dark haired muse is a credit to your practice.

All aspects were professional, efficient and speedy. The only complaintI I had was I had to wait a long time for the appointment t to come round.

Dentist and assistant were very good and sociable but the receptionists are not very helpful and sometimes seem to be a little rude.

On time, dentist and assistant were lovely, very kind and chatty. Quick and efficient scale and polish. Good experience. Was also there with mum who had an episode of confusion. They were super kind and made sure mum was ok.

We live a good 30 minute drive from the practice now and I wouldn’t change practices. All staff here are always friendly, approachable, professional and accommodating. I have 4 children and they always manage to see everybody quickly and painlessly to make it as easy as possible for the children and as such they have no fear of sitting in the chair. I would highly recommend them.
