All the staff, reception and dental, are caring and skillful. I have been attending this practice for for 25 years and have never had cause to criticise any aspect of my treatment. It is a pity that they cannot recruit any more dentists as patients loose there treatment there if their dentist leaves and is not replaced.

Highly recommend, the reception staff are extremely helpful and always cheerful, and the dentist makes you feel relaxed so not a scary experience.

I phoned bryn practice in August 2023 for my annual appointment which was due I have been a patient for 5 years. I was told I could not have an appointment as they were private only now. I had no notification they where doing this what so ever. However they told me I could pay £20 per month on a dental plan which paid for examination and hygienist only and treatment was extra. I would just like them to tell me how I pay for this on disability (pip) what a terrible and selfish way to treat your regular patients all in the name of Greed and Money.

Firstly I would like to say that the team are amazing. Myself and children have been patients at the practice for a long time and from the reception staff to the surgery it's top class, my girls love coming for their check ups. They go above and beyond and don't get enough praise for their hard work. The world's difficult enough as it is without people adding more pressure and negatively to, it especially working for the NHS. So thank you to all the team.

First time attending the dental practice as an emergency appointment as my own dentist had no availability. Great service from the start from the receptionist and all of the other staff members. Made to feel really welcome. The dentist was one of the best dentists I have seen. Discussed my dental treatment and the plans and availability to carry out any further treatment. The dentist was very re-assuring and talked me through every step in detail. Recommended to friends and family to change to this dental practice. Have since been back for teeth whitening.

I have been a patient here for years. However there appears to be significant problems at the practice now - November 2022. Having phoned for a check up in October I was given the first available appointment in February 2023!! To make matters worse they have since emailed me and cancelled this appointment and not explained why. Phones are never answered and either ring out or are permanently engaged. Sounds like this place is having some kind of crisis.

We are sorry to hear of your concern. The dentist you have seen in the past for NHS treatment has now left the practice as a result of the government changing how dentist were paid. The remaining NHS dentists in the practice have full lists of NHS patients and have now reached their capacity. We have been seeking to recruit new NHS dentists for over a year now with no success. As a you are probably aware there is a nationwide shortage of NHS dentists and many are now opting to work independently of the NHS. None of this is of our making and we wish we were not faced with this critical situation. Thank you, Mrs S Thomas.

I have been to the dentist today for an emergency appointment, the 2 girls on the desk was lovely and did everything they could to help me out even though they only had 1 dentist in today, Very easy to get in for the emergency appointments, the dentist and nurse was fantastic. Overall very impressed. Lovely atmosphere.

I have been going to this practice for many years and have been very happy with the service provided. All the staff are very helpful and always help to take any stress out of a visit to the dentist. I have always had the treatment explained to me and any possible choices in the way it is performed . I would always recommend this practice to my friends and family.
