All the staff at Bryn dental practice are welcoming and warming, eased my nerves as soon as walked in through the door

I’ve been going to this dentist for a number of years & always had good treatment pre covid, however, almost all the dentists have left now. Last time I went they told me they couldn’t re-fill my tooth & I should either go private at £700 or get it out in hospital- Wow, what a choice!! Needless to say I’ve been forced out & had to find another dentist. In my opinion I was treated badly & would never recommend this dental practice.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your treatment. Sometimes if a tooth is very broken down / needs restoring we need to refer the patient to a specialist endodontist. These specialists usually work privately and as a result charge more money. If there is insufficient tooth or the patient does not want specialist root canal therapy then a referral is made to hospital for a surgical extraction. This is when a tooth is removed by cutting the gum and bone and would require stitches. This procedure is done in a hospital environment. Thank you, Mrs S Thomas.

Excellent care, staff very friendly, the practice is run really well despite being extremely busy. I would highly recommend this practice. 5 star service.

Went for routine check up, although I had been experiencing some discomfort with a filled tooth. Had X-rays taken during the visit, booked me in the following day to have the old filling taken care of. Have had no issues since. Can’t fault the service, above and beyond. Thank you.
