Good service some confusion over appointment time but recetionist resolved the problem .Prices are going up so will look at dental plans .

There was a delay booking in reception was busy I was concerned I may be classed as late ( could you have a self check-in?) When I saw the dentist it was a negative outcome with the problem but she was very kind and empathetic.This always makes a big difference in how you view your care and experience. I have a planned appointment with my usual dentist on the 29th to sort the issues discussed.

I found the staff very friendly. The practice feels very clean. I only had to wait 10mins past my appointment time.

I had a root canal today and it didn’t hurt and I am so relieved that my tooth has been saved. Very professional , talented dentist thank you

The care and time given , the attention to detail ensuring patient and dentist were happy with results. Really good advice given on follow on treatments , felt really at ease and in safe hands . From start of treatment given realistic expectations and after having Invisalign braces can’t believe how straight but still natural they look . Really happy with how treatment has gone .

Booked in and went to wait to be told there was around 30 min delay which I wasn’t told at reception when checked in. Was in the dentist room for around 5 min at the max. Didn’t get a polish or clean in normal check up. Was not impressed. Second time.

My dentist is amazing. I trust his advice and guidance. The best experience ive had with a dentist. Hes extremely thorough and explains everything to me whilst showing me the photos and xrays of my teeth. Always has a smile for me and has a very friendly manner about him. Id highly recommend this dentist.

The dentist explained why I have been fighting a loosing battle with my teeth. I have been on long term medication that gives me a dry mouth resulting in low levels of Saliva. This reduction in Saliva also reduces the natural battle against tooth decay. Now I understand why, no matter what I do I have problems with my teeth. Thank you

Considering this was a checkup after a big infection, I spent 2 mins in the chair did not get a full check up and was told to just come back in a year. Dentist was 15-20 mins behind so I suspect was trying to make up time by not doing my check up fully. Really poor treatment quality this time disappointed
