From the reception greeting to the treatment itself, everybody was extremely polite, friendly and professional.

Both dentist and dental nurses very patient and understanding of being nervous. Informing of what needs to be done and giving clear information of treatment being carried out.

What really stood out was that when i arrived for my appointment at the reception desk and stated my name the lady acknowledged my appointment and then said," that will be £25.80", i informed her that i would pay ,as i usually have, after i had re eived my treatment. I was the informed that she would have to notify the dentist that i was refusing to pay up front, i resposponded to go head and to what she needed to do. She informed me that this was a new company policy. I had my appointment with the dentist and he immediately apologised for the polocy change but be ause some people were not paying for their treatment bill the head office want paid befoe the patient saw the dentist for their appointment. I responded thay i never paid for anything until received the goods and was not prepared to pay up front, the dentist responded that i would not have to and that he didn’t agree with this directive from the head office. My reply was that the head offi e needs to spend some time researching who these delinquent bill payers and seperate them out making them pay up front and that as a person that always immediately pays , like 99% of all your other client's, i don't want and won't be treated as a deadbeat customer. This is ridiculous!

I turned up on the 11th of December for what I believed to be a check to make sure everything had healed properly after a tooth extraction on the 28th of November, the Dentist had told me to book an appointment for 3 weeks time after the extraction, I had therefore expected this to be a short visit (unless anything was wrong) including in the cost of the main treatment, but instead I was told that my treatment plan had been ended and this was now a new checkup and would cost me (NHS charge) and also that the dentist had put me down for a checkup every 3 months. Unfortunately I suffer with serious anxiety which means that if I’m going to the dentist I have to medicate to try and lessen the symptoms, today because it was only a checkup I had only taken beta blockers as it was going to be a short visit, which was no sufficient for the stress I ended up with, causing me to stutter and my right arm to start trembling , I don’t carry money or a card when I don’t expect to need them (I was only going to the dentist) so had the embarrassment of having to say I had no way to pay and then get a new appointment - I find it very confusing that a dentist can tell you to come back in 3 weeks to check that everything had healed then end the treatment plan.

Very pleasant lady. Thorough examination and xray to determine tooth sensitivity after I made an emergency appointment two days before a holiday flight.

The staff! The compassion, I have had the most considerate, kind hearted and compassionate dentists, nurses and receptionists whilst under the care of this dentists. The two dentists I’ve seen have been the best and most informative ones I’ve ever had in my 35 years of going for check ups! I am beyond grateful for all they do, they go above and beyond and are always professional, polite, respectful and helpful. It’s such a pleasure and a privilege to be under such an amazing team of people

As a nervous patient, reception helped put me at ease by saying he’ll look after you. Up in the dentist room, the dentist and her nurse assistant did just that . Thank you.

I knew exactly what to expect. It was painless and a quick extraction. The post extraction brief was fully understood. Very professional and all staff including reception very pleasant and friendly. Well done.

Nothing, payed excessive for clean £69 then waited 35 mins for dentist to be told it was another 30 mins so I came home
