Although I have to wait for sometime, I received an apology from the hygienist. The care and treatment was excellent and professional.

Have found them to be a bit flippant about recommending treatment and vague about recommendations, which meant I had to rebook a further check up to then request treatment (and pay for it). Then one minute the treatment is a filling the next it's going to be a sealant of some sort. With good intentions she tried to fix a chip in one of my front teeth with some sort of paste and was happy for me to leave the building with teeth that were completely uneven and aesthetically ridiculous. She then got quite defensive and very dismissive when I reentered the room and asked her to undo the botched job, making it quite uncomfortable to ask her to remove it all properly. When she'd got most of it off I was then ignored like a kid pretending not to see someone in the room as I stood up. I then spent the rest of the day trying to chip the remainder of whatever it was after leaving which incidentally has resulted in another small chip. So thanks for that. Couldn't fault the first few visits to Abbey Dental but after the past couple times wouldn't recommend.

The dentist on my last visit listened to what I had to say and the treatment was good. The receptionist looked a bit sullen, a reassuring smile would have helped, perhaps she was having a bad day!

The staff are friendly and I was seen on time. Visiting the dentist can be an uncomfortable experience but I had a relatively painless procedure including a filling and an extraction. I had a very good reassuring relationship with the dentist and I was supplied with clear instructions and information together with some material for my aftercare.

Dentist was friendly. Explained the procedure and carried out the work expertly. I am very pleased with the result. My mouth now feels and looks better than before.

I thought the hygenist I saw was excellent - really thorough asking plenty of questions and offering tips and advice. The dentist I saw afterwards looked in my mouth for less than 10 seconds and said ‘that’s fine’. Not very thorough or reassuring.

I have had excellent care from my dentist and hygienist. Thanks to them my dental health has improved considerably since the lockdown. 5 stars from me. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My brilliant dentist saved my broken tooth by fitting a crown on it. He was, at all times, very kind and very skilled. He explained everything he was planning and doing and took time to make sure I understood the process. His assistant was also kind and supportive - I have for years felt very nervous during any dental procedures but now I have found this great practitioner I am feeling much more relaxed and positive about dental treatments and checkups.

Very professional, good service and pleased with my treatment. I had to wait a few weeks for my initial appointment but my condition wasn’t painful and I was happy to wait. They did call for an earlier appointment due to a cancellation but I couldn’t make it. My husband also uses this practice and has been seen to within days.
