This service may also ask if you want to book a COVID-19 vaccine at the same appointment. COVID-19 vaccine eligibility has changed so please check you are still eligible before booking.
How it works
The service will check if you need a vaccine before you book.
You’ll need the booking reference number we sent you to change or cancel your appointment.
Book over the phone
You can call 119 free of charge to book over the phone if you cannot book online.
You can speak to a translator if you need to.
Find a pharmacy
You can find a pharmacy that offers walk-in appointments without booking.
If you have difficulties communicating or hearing
You can use textphone 18001 or the NHS 119 British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter service if you have difficulties communicating or hearing, or if you are a BSL user.
