Dermatology Clinic

The dermatology service has recently moved into a new development at Hull Royal Infirmary. It is comprised of three consultants, all of whom have a broad range of experiences and interests in dermatology.

Patients entering into the dermatology service will be able to access a range of diagnostic procedures and medical and surgical treatments, where clinically appropriate. The service also diagnoses and helps to treat skin cancers. Referrals to this service for benign cosmetic conditions will require funding agreement with your local PCTs and will be rejected if funding confirmation does not accompany the referral. Please refer to the PCT exceptional treatment policy for your locality for further information.

The dermatology service runs an elective service 5 days a week and offers an emergency outpatient service to GPs.

Three consultants work for the dermatology services:

  • Dr Mohungoo
  • Dr Walton
