Burnley General Hospital

Burnley General Hospital provides a full range of hospital services to adults and children. This includes general and specialist medical and surgical services along with a full range of diagnostic (e.g. MRI, CT scanning) and support services. The newest facility to be added to the Burnley site is the state of the art Women and Newborn Centre costing 32million pounds. This also has an alongside Birth Centre to provide the best care for women having babies in East Lancashire. The centre includes facilities for the urgent care of neonates and complex births as well as birthing suits , facilities for water births and a home from home environment.
