Dr Steel is also a clinical expert for the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) and a Clinical Associate for Price Waterhouse Coopers, through which he advises Primary Care Trusts and Strategic Health Authorities on the clinical aspects of Commissioning Clinical Services.
