The SELDOC out of hours service is an emergency service only and should not be used for minor illnesses.

If you need urgent care outside of practice hours, which cannot wait until the next surgery, there are several things you can do:

1) You may contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or go to www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk for health information.

2) Our doctors are members of SELDOC - 020 8693 9066 for out of hours cover. This service is for urgent problems only and is monitored to ensure proper use. If you need this service ring the out of hour's number or the surgery number and follow instructions.

3) You can visit a local pharmacist (chemist) and ask for advice.
