The Out of Hours Service is in operation for EMERGENCIES ONLY that CANNOT wait until the surgery re-opens. The surgery telephone number will give the Out of Hours number to contact in an emergency.

EXTENDED HOURS SERVICE
The surgery is closed on Saturdays until further notice.
Emergencies on a Saturday morning are still dealt with by the Out of Hours Service. Please call the surgery to obtain the telephone number for the Out of Hours Service. Please note, you should consider whether your call is for an emergency or whether it can wait until the surgery re-opens at 8am on Monday.
PLT AFTERNOON CLOSURES
The Practice is closed, usually BUT NOT ALWAYS on the last Thursday of every month from 1pm for Protected Learning Time. During this time the practice is covered by the Out of Hours Service and again before contacting the Out of Hours, you should consider whether your call can wait until the surgery re-opens the following morning at 8am. The following dates are Thursday Afternoon PLT' dates when the practice will be closed. This list is also on display in the surgery. PLEASE NOTE: March, May and August are not the last Thursday of the month.
