Overview

On 29th February 2016, NHS England appointed an Interim Provider to lead the practice and manage all patient services until 31st March 2017.

 

NHS England appointed the provider following a very comprehensive and strong application that focused on delivering improvements to the practice including clinical governance, staff training and development, quality, service provision and patient care. 

The practice would like to reassure patients (and their carers) that the key objective during the interim period is to provide safe, high quality services that meets the health needs of the patient people.

The practice is holding a patient and public information and listening event; the aim of this event is for the new provider to meet, engage and listen to patients. As a patient you would have received a letter of invitation to this event; further details are below:

Welcome To Seaforth Village Surgery.
There are many ways to contact us Here at the surgery, in person, via phone, writing or online at patient access. If you would like further information on patient access or any other services, please contact one of our reception staff who will be happy to assist you further.

We have a HCA on board with us now at the surgery.We offer phlebotomy services, blood pressure reviews, weight management, new patient medicals and nhs health checks. Appointments can be booked in advance.

We have 2 Practice Nurses, who offer chronic disease management, cervical screening, childhood immunisations, Travel consultations and vaccinations, Seasonal vaccination programmes and a friendly ear in times of need.

As the Practice manager i am always contactable during surgery opening hours, you can contact the surgery and leave a message (the staff will let me know) or email me on the following address.
