The Team work closely with our Primary Care Organisation - NHS Airedale, Bradford & Leeds as well as other local practices, patients and service providers to ensure a seamless service provided in a caring way. We as a Practice are committed to improving health care within our locality.
In addition, we have an effective Patient Participation Group that works with the practice team to ensure we continue to develop and improve patient care.
