Patient Participation Group
The practice has developed a patients participation group called Patients Needs Group (PNG), which are made up of practice staff and patients that are representative of the practice population. The main aim of the PNG is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided.
We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible.
If you are interested in becoming part of PNG please contact reception for more information.
The PNG meets on a quarterly basis. Patients will be notified by Patient Notification Board.
