Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is in south east London and provides mental health and learning disability services in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich boroughs, community health services in Bexley and Greenwich, and specialist services to Lewisham.

New number for Greenwich and Bexley integrated community teams

The Central Access Team

Our Greenwich and Bexley integrated community teams are moving from Memorial Hospital to 151 Lodge Hill, Goldie Leigh on 5 January 2015.

The teams provide healthcare at home for people with long term conditions and complex health and social care needs. 

Referrals to these teams come from patients, social services, GPs, hospitals and other healthcare professionals. Greenwich referrals are currently received by the Single Point of Access (SPA) and Bexley referrals by the Central Booking Desk (CBD). 

From 5 January 2015 the Single Point of Access (Greenwich) and the Central Booking Desk (Bexley) teams will be coming together and will become the Central Access Team

The new telephone number for patients and services users will be: 

020 8836 8622

The Central Access Team is your first point of contact for information and referrals in Greenwich and Bexley for: 

  • District nursing
  • Podiatry
  • Tissue viability and lower limb services
  • Continence advisory Service.

They are here to help you, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and weekends and bank holidays from 8am to 5pm (district nursing services only).

What do I do out of hours?

Bexley
You can contact the district nursing service out of hours Monday to Friday 6pm to 11pm, and at weekends and bank holidays between 5pm and 11pm on the number above.

Greenwich
You can contact the district nursing service out of hours Monday to Friday 6pm to 7am, and at weekends and bank holidays between 5pm and 7am on the number above. 

For urgent, non-life threatening, GP related health concerns please contact the out of hours GP service via your GP contact number. You can also contact NHS 111 for advice.
