Overview

Mount Vernon Hospital has a modern Diagnostic and Treatment Centre.

With its spacious and contemporary design, the Mount Vernon Treatment Centre constitutes a new two-storey building and the existing Princess Christian Unit.

The new buildings house four state-of-the-art operating theatres to carry out elective surgery, plus outpatient services, a spacious waiting area and coffee shop.

Open since February 2009, the centre was built after the Trust identified a need to separate non-elective and elective surgery within the area.
