Hopewood Park

Hopewood Park is situated in Ryhope, Sunderland.  The new £50m hospital opened In September 2014 on the site of the former Ryhope General Hospital and replaces the Trust's Cherry Knowle Hospital and the mental health wards in South Tyneside General Hospital. Hopewood Park has 122 beds in seven wards plus 15 beds in the adjacent Meadow View Unit, which is being retained.
