Plan your journey with Transport Direct

Traffic congestion within Leicester is increasing. We would encourage anyone coming to hospital to make alternative arrangements to that of driving. For example, if you are fit and well and live close by we recommend walking to the hospital. We are working towards reducing car park demand and traffic congestion. The main bus stops are on Alyestone Road, although some buses do stop on Havelock Street.
Bus timetables can be found in receptions areas around the the hospital. Alternatively contact the appropriate service directly.
Our hospital shuttle bus service, the ‘Hospital Hopper’ runs between our three hospitals every 30 minutes from 7am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
