- 2 plain oatcakes
- 30g full-fat hard cheese, thinly sliced
- 6 mini cherry tomatoes, quartered
Swap the oatcakes for some plain rice cakes or breadsticks.
- Thinly slice the cheese and cut the mini tomatoes in quarters.
- Place the cheese slices onto the oatcakes and divide between plates.
- Add the quartered mini tomatoes.
- Let them tuck in!
