Contact us

Disability Direct is a charity, a User Led Organisation, which provides free services to disabled people, older people and carers within the Nottingham City area. We cover all types of disability, from learning disability, autism, diseases and illness to mental health problems and physical disability - and all other areas of disability in-between.. The aim of Disability Direct is to provide information, advice and guidance, to facilitate independent living; information and signposting services, welfare rights advice (including help completing claim forms) and volunteering opportunities. Disability Direct does not provide direct resources, but as we work all disabilities this means we are able to provide advice and signposting for any subject imaginable. Disability Direct is also able to work with healthcare professionals and organisations which work with the same client groups. We are only able to work with people or organisations which reside with, or work with client groups within, the Nottingham City boundaries.
