This is the second time my prescription has been mixed up. This time I was given an emergency prescription by my doctor who said it would be ready at lunch time. When I arrived at 16:00 hours (feeling this would be more then enough time for an emergency prescription to be ready) I was handed a prescription bag which was stapled shut paid for this prescription and left the pharmacy. Once outside the door and no doubt still on their camera I opened the prescription to find it was not my emergency prescription but a table I have never been given before. I stepped back into the pharmacy and explained this was not my emergency prescription (again I was on camera and at no time was I rude) unfortunately this could not be said for the lady who was serving. There was no need for her rudeness. This is not the first time the customer service at willow’s pharmacy has been shocking. There was no need for her rudeness.

I have had nothing but trouble with my prescriptions since the last phamasist left. They did not tell that they stopped repeat ordering and then when I followed their new procedure they failed to order my prescriptions and I had to contact the doctors to sort out their mistake. They then missed one of my drugs and then asked me to return the whole prescription??? Very poor service

Very unhelpful practise They have messed up the prescription for my babies milk on 3 different occasions now. And have no compassion when I am worried about how to feed my baby due to " their" mistake. I am now having to search for my Daughters milk before the jubilee Bank Holiday.
